Canada’s a Drag

An episode of the Canadian Screen Award-winning docuseries, which ran for three seasons from 2018 to 2020 before being revived for a fourth season in 2024. Knegt co-created the series with Mercedes Grundy, and together they produced 37 episodes that have showcased drag artists from across Canada. You can watch the entire series here.


Exhibitionists

A 2020 episode of CBC Arts’ Canadian Screen Award-nominated flagship series Exhibitionists that Knegt produced and moderated a virtual segment for.


Queer Pride Inside

A segment from the 2020 television special Queer Pride Inside, which Knegt produced as a collaboration between CBC Arts and Toronto queer theatre Buddies in Bad Times in a response to the cancellation of Pride Toronto due to COVID-19. It featured a video cabaret of performances by LGBTQ-identified musicians, actors and drag artists, and received a Canadian Screen Award nomination for Best Variety or Entertainment Special.

Superqueeroes

One of the many videos Knegt co-produced as part of the 2019 interactive project Superqueeroes, each of which asked members of the LGBTQ community (in this case, Knegt himself) to pay tribute to their own “superqueero.” You can watch all of the videos here.


Stan Wars

As part of the interactive project The 2010s: The Decade Canadian Artists Stopped Saying Sorry, Knegt wrote, produced and hosted a mini-game show series called Stan Wars. The series brought in “super fans” of various Canadian celebrities (in this case, Ryan Gosling) to compete for the title of “the greatest stan.”
